Common questions

When does the storage season run?
October through April. Exact pickup and delivery dates are flexible based on your schedule and the weather. Most pickups happen in October/November, and deliveries start in April.
What area do you cover?
Free pickup and delivery within 30 km of downtown Toronto. Extended range available for $100–$250 depending on distance — we cover Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Markham, Hamilton, and more.
How is my bike transported?
In an enclosed van with professional wheel chocks and ratchet straps. Your bike is secured and never exposed to the elements during transport. We handle all loading and unloading.
Is my bike insured during storage?
Yes. Full coverage from the moment we pick up your bike to the moment we deliver it back.
Can I visit my bike during winter?
For security and insurance reasons, we don't allow facility visits during winter. However, if you need your bike early, we can arrange an early release — just give us a few days' notice.
How do I pay?
E-transfer, credit card, or cash. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on pickup day.
What if I need early pickup in spring?
No problem. Premium members get priority scheduling, but all customers can request their preferred delivery date. We start deliveries in early April as the weather warms up.
