Terms of Service

By booking a motorcycle winter storage plan with MotoShelter, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and deposit

Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due on the day of pickup. We accept e-transfer, credit card, or cash.

2. Season and dates

The standard storage season runs from October 1 through April 30. Pickup and delivery dates are scheduled by mutual agreement, weather and road conditions permitting.

3. Transport

Motorcycles are transported in an enclosed van using professional wheel chocks and ratchet straps. MotoShelter handles all loading and unloading. The customer is responsible for ensuring the motorcycle is in running condition at pickup.

4. Storage

Motorcycles are stored in a secure indoor facility with 24/7 monitoring. Facility visits during the storage period are not permitted for security and insurance reasons. Early release of the motorcycle can be arranged with a few days' notice.

5. Insurance

Motorcycles are fully insured from the moment of pickup to the moment of delivery. Customers are responsible for their own insurance policy during transit times outside MotoShelter's control.

6. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
• Disclose any mechanical issues or unusual handling requirements.
• Ensure the motorcycle is fueled and mechanically sound at pickup.
• Be present (or arrange for a representative) at pickup and delivery.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before scheduled pickup may be credited toward a future season at MotoShelter's discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

MotoShelter's liability is limited to the insured value of the motorcycle during the storage period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
