MotoShelter ("we", "us", "our") operates the website motoshelter.ca and provides motorcycle winter storage services in the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

- Contact information you provide through the booking form: name, email, phone number, address.
- Motorcycle details necessary to fulfill your booking: bike make, model, plan selected, preferred pickup date, optional notes, optional referral code.
- Anonymous analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IPs). This includes page views, device type, approximate location, and referrer.
How we use your information
- To confirm and schedule your motorcycle pickup, storage, and delivery.
- To contact you about your booking (by email, phone, or SMS).
- To process your deposit and final payment.
- To improve our services and website.
How we store and protect your information
Booking submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to MotoShelter. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to track anonymous usage patterns. You can opt out via your browser settings or a browser extension.
